Terms of Service

Please read all content carefully before confirming and agreeing to these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement"), especially the clauses related to liability limitations, refunds, and service suspensions.

This Agreement applies to your access and use of the Lingxi AI Plaza platform, API, proxies, and related digital services (hereinafter referred to as "Services"). Lingxi AI Plaza is operated by Lingxi AI Plaza; this company is the contracting seller of Lingxi AI Plaza API Credits and the digital services under this Agreement.

By registering, purchasing Lingxi AI Plaza API Credits, or using the Services, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the Services.

Scope of Services

Lingxi AI Plaza provides AI and data APIs, HTTP proxies, data processing, and related developer services. The specific available services, features, prices, and technical requirements are subject to the content shown on the platform's settlement page and the corresponding service documentation.

Some services rely on third-party technologies and infrastructure. We may adjust the implementation of services based on availability, quality, security, or compliance requirements, but we will not disclose unnecessary internal service sources or routing information in customer public documents.

Lingxi AI Plaza API Credits

Lingxi AI Plaza API Credits are prepaid digital usage credits for consumption of Lingxi AI Plaza APIs and related digital services within a logged-in account. Credits are issued electronically to the account or application specified in the purchase order and do not involve the transportation of physical goods.

Credits are deducted based on actual service calls, task executions, or billing rules shown on the settlement page. Users should monitor their account balance and recharge manually in a timely manner to avoid service interruptions due to insufficient balance. Automatic recharging is currently suspended; notifications will be provided when it resumes, along with applicable authorization and security requirements.

Purchase, Delivery, and Charges

Users should select a genuinely available package through the logged-in settlement process of Lingxi AI Plaza and complete the payment. Upon successful payment and confirmation of payment status, the corresponding Credits will be issued to the account or application specified in the order. Order records, balance changes, and service usage can be queried in the platform account.

If payment is successful but Credits are not issued properly, do not make duplicate payments, and provide the order number, account email, payment time, and payment amount through official support channels for verification and processing.

Users must ensure that their account information and payment sources are true, legal, and authorized. We may refuse transactions, suspend services, freeze unconsumed credits, or terminate accounts in cases of fraud, unauthorized payments, card testing, abuse, or other high-risk activities, and cooperate with payment institutions and relevant authorities for investigations.

Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

Lingxi AI Plaza provides digital services that are delivered instantly or based on usage. Credits and services that have been normally completed and consumed are generally non-refundable.

Refunds or corrections may be processed after verification in the following situations:

  • Duplicate charges on the same order;
  • Successful payment but corresponding Credits not delivered;
  • Verified technical failures that prevent the continued provision of purchased services;
  • Other circumstances requiring refunds as mandated by applicable law.

Refund requests should be submitted through official support channels, providing the order number, account email, payment time, amount, and a description of the issue. Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method; unconsumed Credits corresponding to the refund will be revoked. Orders involving unauthorized payments or disputes may have related accounts and credits temporarily suspended to complete investigations.

Digital products are not subject to the shipping and return processes applicable to physical goods. Subscriptions or ongoing services can be canceled as specified on the corresponding product page; service consumption incurred will not automatically be refunded due to cancellation.

User Responsibilities

Users must ensure that their use of the Services complies with laws and regulations and that they have obtained the rights and authorizations necessary to process their submitted data, content, credentials, or systems. Users may not use the Services to commit fraud, infringe rights, bypass security controls, test payment tool theft, or engage in other illegal activities.

Unless explicitly permitted by the product page or written contract, users may not redistribute, sell, or sublicense access to the Services.

Service Security and Availability

We take reasonable measures to maintain the security and availability of the Services, but the internet, third-party infrastructure, regulatory requirements, and force majeure may lead to service interruptions, delays, or functional adjustments. We may suspend related functions for maintenance, security, fraud prevention, or compliance needs and notify users through platform announcements.

Supplementary Terms

This Agreement takes effect when users register, purchase, or use Lingxi AI Plaza Services. In the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement and any written contract signed by both parties, the terms of the written contract shall prevail; matters not covered shall be subject to this Agreement and the relevant rules published by the platform.

Intellectual Property and Trademarks

The names, model names, logos, and trademarks of third-party products displayed on the Lingxi AI Plaza platform are owned by their respective rights holders and are used solely for the purpose of indicating compatibility or service capabilities. Such displays do not imply any association, cooperation, endorsement, or authorization between Lingxi AI Plaza and the relevant rights holders.
